Game freezing/moves swipe not working

Has anybody experienced the game freezing and the moves not working when you swipe? When this happens, literally everything else works. I can use powerups, I can exit out of the game and I can click on anything. The move just doesn't work and I have to leave the game and lose a turn. I just got to level 1000 but it did it on the previous level, too. So it's not specific to a level.

Hi @kotsotu ...I have been having the exact same thing but can you tell me, does your's happen if you choose a booster and then cancel it without using? That's usually when mine happens.
If so, it seems to be a glitch. Can you let me know which device/version you are playing on please.

hello guys,
that same thing is happening to me this couple of last days....I have to use one of the boosters available after which the game continues to work.
Today is October 12 and it is still happening, it happened to me few moments ago and it doesn't have to do anything with booster canceling. It is simply freezing in the midle of the game.

Lady choo, off the topic, can you please explain to me how to replay, write a comment like you all do...I simply can't find a way to do it properly.
I tried with spoiler like I have seen somewhere in the forum but that is not it.
