Boosters and Beans

Can anyone tell me why my boosters are not recharging, I can win them and use them but no recharge!!! also, I am completing new levels but not receiving any beans for doing so.. any ideas?

Welcome to the farm community @kat161983 boosters only recharge if you have 0, unless you are playing on Facebook where there seems to be an issue with them right now.

As to the beans, you should be winning some as its only when we replay older levels that we've already done, we don't get more.

Are you playing on facebook or a device? if Facebook, have you tried clearing cache and cookies? And if on a device could you let us have the version and device you are playing on please 🙂

Hi thanks for your reply... I have no boosters at all and Im playing via Facebook on a laptop. Cookies and Cache are clear.

That is the issue then. They are working on it but as not all players are affected its harder to pin down the root cause.

Do you have access to windows 10? There is the app you can download on that, or a device? They shouldn't vanish on those 😬

Hopefully this is the link! Not only should your boosters save, we have access to events on there too which you won't on Facebook 😉
