Hi @jayemarks and welcome to the farm community!
The title of your post says spider. Is there a spider in your current level as level 532 doesn't have one?
To make the water drops you need to open the flowers and remove the firebugs by making a match next to them in order to open their wings. Hit them once they open partially, hit them twice they light up. But all bugs need to be lit for them to fly away.
