Stole my gold!

Level 2609:. I had bought 100 gold bars for 19.99. I continued playing until I had 4 bars left and was close to winning the level. Then all of a sudden the game said 'you have experienced an error. Please try again soon.' So when I had to reload the level, I was back at the very beginning and had only the 4 gold bars left. That's not fair!! I want my gold bars replaced!!!

    I am very sorry to hear that you have lost your purchased Gold barsπŸ™ Are you playing Farm Heroes Saga or some other game?


    You will have to contact the "King Customer Support" team, as they deal with all purchase issues. Community is the "to go" place for any game related issues- like glitches in a level, a feature not working, etc.,


    To contact the Customer Support team, there are 2 ways!

    1) You can go to this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact and fill out the form that pops up! Make sure to give out all details before submitting;

    2) From your mobile device, by following these steps πŸ‘‡οΈ...

    Click on the "Customer Care"


    Now, click on "Purchases & Gold bars"


    In the next screen that come up, select any option and scroll down all the way till you find "Contact Us" button --> click on it and you will see a form --> Fill that out with all the needed details and Submit.

    Once you sent your complaint, it might take up to 5 days for an actual agent to contact you.


    Please post back and let us know if you have not heard from them even after 5 days and/or having any other issues with your game!
