    To add a comment here? I apologise for that, it is an editor issue in the community. The team are in contact with the company but a lot of people are having problems with it including some of the moderators 😬 Sometimes if you click on your profile and remove any messages from drafts and try again, it allows you to post.

    I'll try now. It's good that I saved the text. There are my reflections on our communication with the Studio. I wrote about how I would like it to be organized. I understand that these are only my desires, but I decided to voice them.

    If you hit reply to the comment, it quotes it. And sometimes if it was a long post or there are a few quotes in there, the post count does come up as the post is too long. It might be easier just to tag us and as long as its in the same conversation like this is, we should see it 🤗

    If you are using the google chrome browser, you can translate your page into your own language which might help. I do not know if it would for the error message though.

    In my post that was not published in this thread, I quoted you and Spinnifix. And I also tagged you both.

    I am using Google Chrome as a browser. But to translate Community posts, I use Google Translate. It translates much more accurately. And before publishing each of my posts, I translate the text back and forth between my language and English several times to achieve maximum translation accuracy (I change words, expressions, synonyms, etc.). I want to be understood correctly, at least in English. I do not always achieve the desired result)))).

    I have already thought about dividing my post into several parts and publishing these parts as separate posts. Perhaps it would work. But to be honest, I almost don’t want to publish anything anymore (I mean my reasoning about interaction with the Studio). Why? I don't know. Perhaps because enthusiasm has such a feature - it does not live long)))).

    Hope you're having a great start to the week. LadyChoo made sure I was in the loop with the issue you have been experiencing and passed it along to the studio to see if there could be an issue.

    According to records of the Game Id your provided, we see that you are mostly playing on an Apple device and that you should have events while playing trough the Apple device.

    Could you do us a favor and send a screenshot of the game from your Apple device so we can have a look?

    Hello Elena

    I thought you were playing on PC with the Windows 10 app? But as it turns out, you're playing on an Apple phone. This is something else. Because every device is different and does not have all events. Some have these events and others have these. It's different. It is sometimes exchanged. They are trial versions. I hope this helps. Do you also have a PC with Windows 10? Then you can download the app there. Maybe it will also be made country specific. You have no influence on that.

    Ok, I'll tell you what I said recently to one of the Community moderators. I believe you. I believe that you will not forget about this problem. I will patiently wait for an answer.

    Ladies, I want you to understand why I (and probably many other players) have distrust.

    I've been with the Community for almost three years now. I subscribed to some forum threads in which players asked for help to solve their problems. (Why? If I had the same problem, I would know how to solve it.) Further dialogue proceeded in much the same way. The moderator advised to perform standard procedures, asked what gadget the player was playing on. Then the moderator asked the player to indicate his id and informed that the question about the problem would be transferred to the Studio.

    That was where it all ended. There were no more posts in the thread.


    The main problem of the Community is that there is no feedback from the Studio. But in order for the players to trust the Studio, we need to know that the Studio can hear us. Otherwise why does this Community have the status of an official King Community?


    Here is an example of my problem. What do you think I expect most from the Studio? Of course, I want the Studio to solve my problem. But this is not the most important thing. Most of all I want to hear a concrete answer from the Studio. Answer options may vary. Here are some examples of answers:

    "We are working on your problem. The problem will be solved."

    "It's not a problem with the game. It's a problem with your gadget. It's up to you to fix this problem."

    "We will be able to deal with your problem not earlier than in 2-3 months."

    "We don't have the time/opportunity to look into your problem for the foreseeable future."

    "This feature is not available to you because you are in a specific group of players."

    Or other options...


    Any of these answers will give me much more information than it says. I will understand:

    1. The studio knows about my problem.

    2. I'll know if it's Studio's problem or if it's my gadget's problem.

    3. I will know if the Studio is working on fixing this problem, or maybe will work on this problem someday, or if the Studio will not deal with this problem.


    What will I do after such messages? Depending on the answer, I will either patiently wait for the results of the Studio's work or I will stop talking about my problem on the forum.


    Now, after a message from a moderator that the problem will be transferred to the Studio, most of us find ourselves in an information vacuum, in which, like in the vacuum of space, nothing can be heard.


    Feedback must be. This will be useful and important not only for players, but also for moderators and CMs, because it will make your work in the Community easier. With this, the Studio will receive much more respect from the players. Players will understand that the Studio is not indifferent to our problems, regardless of whether it can solve these problems or not. The main thing is that the Studio knows about these problems and honestly informs us about the possibilities and prospects for solving these problems.

    The vacuum we are in causes bewilderment and mistrust.


    I hope the translator has correctly translated everything I have said. I want you to understand me correctly. I want the relationship between the players and the Studio to be honest. So far this is not. Now it is a train that travels only in one direction. But in the normal operation of the railway, all trains always return, right?

    I understand @ElenaVorona basically you want to keep updated even if there is no fix? We do update when big issues have been fixed, mostly its in one post and sometimes players do not always read posts like you yourself does. They start new ones. So it might be its answered somewhere else.

    As regards smaller issues, like for example, random numbers showing where they shouldn't be or freebies not working, they do not always have an end date. In fact I remember an issue with shovels and flower seeds was fixed, I think about 5 years after the game started. I did not even know it was a glitch lol.

    The studios have lists working from urgent (as in the game itself not working) down to non urgent. Everything is important but it has to be done in order of how important. The issue with announcing that something might not be fixed anytime soon, say for example of its to do with free items not being earned, would cause a lot of anger amongst some players. So they do not like to say. Or like in the case of another game, they said the update would be out and then it was delayed. So that made a lot of players angry.

    I think generally we do say that the studio are aware of the issues but we do not know when they will fix it. And that is the truth. It might be sooner, it might be later. And then they like to suprise us with the fix and by then often we have forgotten. But they always get looked at.

    If we have not updated its usually as we have not heard anything else but in that case, you can always ask us and the CM will ask the studio if there is any update. We do not mind doing that. Sometimes the studio will take a little time to reply though as they are very very busy.

    As regards some threads without answers, sometimes the players have not come back, and sometimes we have had to direct them to player support who can check accounts. So it will not be here publicly. But all those examples of answers we have used many many times.

    We will take it into account what you have said but you can always ask for progress updates 🤗

    It is my job as the Community Manager for this community to make sure your voice is heard and I'm listening 😉

    We also appreciate your suggestions on how we can improve and we will take it into consideration.

    In order to solve your issue, you have informed us that you have not been able to play any events and been so kind to provide us your game id which the studio has looked in to. After investigating, they have found out that you should have access to play events on one of your device, in this case, it will available on your Apple device.

    Could you please confirm if you can indeed play events on your Apple device? If yes, are you looking to why events are not available on all devices or to all players?

    Hello Elena

    Please always check if your game is up to date. From time to time clearing the cache helps. No dates please. Also check if your device is up to date. If you don't see the events immediately when you enter the game, please play a level and complete it and then the game will be updated and you should have all the events. I hope this helps!!!
