There is a problem with the application for Android devices

I am sorry! I could not understand what the screenshot says as it is not in English! But, depending on the version number, I am assuming that you are having issue with Farm Heroes Saga.
Can you please explain what is happening when you try to open the App?
** You are seeing the loading screen, then the App crashes (the App closes and you will see phone home phone screen);
** Or you can go till the "home screen" of the game, but you cannot go to the map screen?
** Or you cannot even click on the Farm Heroes Saga App to open it;
Which of these points is correct?
I updated the game to version 5.98.2 The game does not open after the latest update

And also, which device you are using, what software version you have on your Android (phone?); If possible, a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing.
