Never get 5 lives booster option

Does anyone know why, when I win or have a bonus of the 5 lives booster it never shows as a booster choice? The only time I get them is when I buy them. Is there somewhere I need to go in settings to fix it? As far as I can tell everything else loads. I have lost hundreds of them (level 3371) and find it super frustrating as I move up and really need them.

This one is on the start screen when we hit play to begin the level and will show up automatically so we cannot choose whether to use it or not.

Is that the one you mean? If you have one waiting it will have the number next to it.

So I have posted this before, been a member of King Games 12 years, and during the last year all my events where you win beans or extras have been removed as well as watching ads for extra moves. This really sucks!
Game froze after I won a level
I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
