I introduced my girlfriend to the farm Heroes game and when she loses in a level she gets to watch an add to get more moves. How do I get that or why does it not work for me

I have been playing this game for about 7yr. I really miss the ad's now I just can't do nothing but wish I had my ad's and I don't get it now and I really need it
