@Kingflojo Hi for some reason your post/thread is not showing in the support part. I will start a thread there about it.
But for your problem there is a thing you can try. At least if you play on phone. Don´t know if it works on computer not even sure if it work in all phones. English not my language so not easy to explain.
In my phone I can have the app in the background so when I open the game I come to the mainboard directly. But if I had closed down the app I start with the orange start page.
So can you start your game from the orange start page. If you can then click down to the left and log out. Then you will see a blue button save my game/progress under playbutton. Don´t click on that. Just click play and play 8-9 levels as a guest it is from level 1. Then close down the game. Start from the orange page again. Open as guest again then you should get a popup saying that you need to accept the terms. Do that. Play a couple of levels as guest. Then close down the game again. Open from start page and click down to the left and log in. If it have worked you should have potato and the event.
You can´t do this from the mainboard it have to be from the orange start page. I put in picture that shows the orange start page I talking about. Hope you understand what I mean.
