hello, I have a problem, I'm playing a game via Facebook, I bought a new phone and I registered via phone and I have levels, but I don't have any help that I had on my old phone, is there any way to solve the problem?

I am sorry! When we transfer the game to a new device, our boosters are not transferrable, hence you did not see those and the Lives you received from you friend, on the new phone.
But, they all will be intact on your old phone. All you can do is play the game on your old phone till you use up all your boosters.
