Hi @zox000 I did reply where you left the other comment, but that is ok! I can do it here too.

Are you playing on a device? You need to check that you are logged into the game either by the Kingdom or facebook, whichever you used before. If it says you are already, log out then back in and see if it restores progress.

If this doesn't help, let me know which device (ios, etc) that you are playing on and I will give you the help guides.
