After 9 Years it's goodbye

I am at Level 5637 & this morning when i started playing, all the Boosters that i had worked Damn hard for where gone. This happened 4 weeks ago & Kings response then was inadequate to say the least.

This Game has so many problems that i can't be bothered with it any more. My big regret is that i have in the past, paid Real Money to buy Boosters. Stupid me.

I am so sorry to hear that you had issues with the game and lost all your boosters😢😢

Were you playing on a laptop - Facebook Browser version OR the App on Windows 10? OR are you using a mobile device?

It is only the free boosters that King does not send back! All the purchased boosters will be reimbursed... it is King's policy! Did you contact the "Player Support" team from the game?

Please reply back by typing in the blank box given below to my comment. The more details I have, the better I can help by escalating the issue to our Farm Community Manager and take her suggestions👍️
