@Lady_Choo Thank you for the advice. I followed your instructions but eventually gave up because there was a limit to the number of characters I could type. I would not be able to describe fully what transpired. It used to be the "Ask a Question" forum where problems could be brought up and compensation for missing rewards are authorized and awarded due to bugs, glitches, technical issues, etc. I will not even bother to complete the quests for the Farmer's Market event since there is no remedy.
It might be worth making a brief statement and saying you have screenshots, so that when they reply to you, you can go more in depth. I can certainly pass this over to the community manager, but they ask that you contact player support anyway generally as they can authorise compensation. If its account related or no rewards, its also quicker doing it directly. Let me know if you do or not and if not, I will send this over on Monday as the CMs don't work at the weekend.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could pass this on to the CM on Monday. I had to take pictures of what I had originally written and manually type the issue in Customer Care which is really time-consuming. I tried to use copy and paste but it was unsuccessful. Thanks for your reply. No, I have not sent to Support and will see if I can do it tomorrow. I just need to figure out how best to maximize the 500 characters allowed and still be comprehended.
I see that you originally had 245 suns, but to claim ALL rewards with suns you needed a total of 250. This will be why you can't collect your reward. Think about which reward you want the most before claiming.
If you want all those rewards you must have the total number of items across all the rewards.
I think once you give them a quick synopsis, they will reply back by standard email and hopefully all can be resolved then ๐ค
