Said that I have 3-4 per boosters in the bank (on the right side of the game). Only showers one, If I use one, it takes a long time to regenerate. Question is where are all of my boosters?

The recharge time for Shovels is 6 hours. Is it taking longer than that? What does the timer show?
Is it just Shovel boosters you are experiencing this issue OR with the other boosters also?
