I get this message whenever I go to my regular bookmark in Facebook to play FHS. This is on desktop/laptop. Also I tried to search Farm Heroes in FB Gaming and there are no results. What is happening?

Hiya, I am not surprised. Unfortunately there is an issue with Facebook that seems to cause boosters to go missing. Its hard to get to the bottom of it as not every player has the issue and it involves the facebook platform too, You can try contacting support and see if they will do anything...but they suggest playing on a mobile device or the Farm heroes app on microsoft if you have a windows 10/11 machine.
Farm Heroes is playable for me on Facebook, but I have lost all of my boosters that I have worked for half a year to add up (I had dozens of all bonus daily/weekly boosters saved up). Really unhappy with this.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing the glitch on your game๐ You are playing the App version of the game, right?
I have seen few more complaints from the Farmers who are on App version on either Windows 10 and/or Windows 11. Once we have any information about what's going on, I will update you. Please bear with me until then๐

Unfortunately my game still refuses to load. I get just a quick glimpse of the board and it POOF... it disappears ! I play on Windows 10 Desktop and I always sign in with my King account password but a few years ago Facebook was also mixed in with my game, but not anymore ( I think?? ). Perhaps it takes awhile before the "fix" reaches me so I'll keep checking. If no progress in a few days I shall notify you but luckily all my other King games are working fine. Good luck & thank-you! As @PummyRaj has mentioned, this has been reported the studio and we're working on getting the game back on Facebook.
The issue might also affect your game on mobile device if you try connecting the game to Facebook. If you do have issues, please connect the game to a King account instead.
Once we know more, we will let you all know and apologies for the trouble caused.

where is farm hero saga
When I click on Farm Heroes at the top of the menu on Facebook desktop it does not load the game. Instead I am thrown back to the main Facebook
page. When I went to shortcuts the one for Farm Heroes has now gone.
Please investigate.

What happened to my Farm Hero game on Facebook as of 6-1-2023?

I am trying to play Farm Heroes on my laptop through Facebook. It keeps saying โYou have experienced an error that we are working hard fi fix. Please try again in a moment.โ I have refreshed numerous times. How can I get this fixed? I have also deleted my cookies as well so that canโt be it.

Which browser are you using to play the game? Did you try to open the game on a different browser? I just checked my game and it is opening & working fine!!
In my experience, most of the times, it is an issue with the browser(s) and changing the browser will work. Also, I haven't seen any complaints from other players. Unfortunately, the game team cannot help when the issues are isolated!! So, please change the browser and see how it goes๐

Hi there and sorry to hear you have been having trouble playing the game ๐ซ
It looks like you have tired most of our recommended troubleshoot so all that is left now is to try to remove the game and install it again. Don't worry, this won't affect your game progress ๐
Follow the steps provided by Facebook HERE on how to remove the game. Once removed, all you have to do is search for the game on Facebook again, and when you find it, it should start loading fine and you should get back to where you left off.

Is it only with Farm heroes you are getting the error? or any other app? You haven't blocked anything in your facebook settings recently? Do you have an adblocker on? If so, could you disable it and try again?
Which version of windows are you using? could you let us have the version number of your browser.
Could you give us a screenshot too?

I am not sure what is happening!! I have tried it on my laptop too and I too received the same message. But, don't worry!
But, since this is already night for the Studio and all Kingsters, we might not see any results today!!

Forgot to mention! If the game is connected through Facebook on our mobile devices, the game is not playable anymore!
So, if you are playing on a mobile device also, try to log-in with Kingdom account, and you should be able to play. But, the log-in is a bit slow though!!
I'm still able to play on mobile except it does look a bit different, like a generic icon instead of my FB profile pic (and all my friends have generic icons as well). However my progress is at the right place, boosters & quests look right. I have not tried clicking on. "Save My Progress" from the main menu then connecting through Facebook but I'm kinda afraid to try it lol. I don't think I have a Kingdom account
Ah, I see! You are seeing "generic" profile icons because the connection is lost. But, not to worry! Hopefully, the FB will work it out soon and resolve the issue.
