For some reason the sun and water droplets collected after completing levels are not showing up in the above-mentioned event. Here are the screenshots. Please advise and fix issue. Thank you.

Thank you @PummyRaj π€ @Just_Me-2 i appreciate that it's annoying as I had exactly the same thing. I'd played a few levels of the event before I realised mine wasn't registering either.
As pummy said, the issue will be fixed now (but you'd need to play another level to see that) but unfortunately all we can do is replay to gather more cropsies π

As per my experience, after we follow the troubleshooting steps, the glitch will be fixed! So, when we play our next level, the Suns and Water will be counted in that new level. But, unfortunately, the missing cropsies won't be recovered!!
Miss @Lady_Choo will confirm again tomorrow. She might be sleeping right now as it is midnight for herπ

I appreciate your reply to my post. I followed the instructions to exit the game and restart the device twice but it did not work. It is still showing zero suns and zero water droplets. There should be 114 suns and 96 water droplets accumulated so far which I have yet to use. I am at a loss.
Good evening π This annoying issue has been fixed. You need to close the game, exit and restart your device and it should be fine. I had to do that twice in my game but then everything was ok.
