Games won't load

I haven't been able to play any of my games for over a week, they start to load, then an error message pops up, what's going on? I've cleared my cache, and tried to use google chrome, since I was using microsoft edge, through facebook. Please help, I miss my games.

We are sorry for your problem with the game!! We didn't receive other complaints regarding the game loading through Facebook, can I ask you a screenshot of the error messagge?

No weekly or Seasonal Events to win gold bars or beans
So I have posted this before, been a member of King Games 12 years, and during the last year all my events where you win beans or extras have been removed as well as watching ads for extra moves. This really sucks!
Game froze after I won a level
I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
