From what I can see as you are logging in through the kingdom, as Pummy said before, we have no control over the king connections showing or not. There should be some assigned to you which should show so not sure why nobody is.
However, I will ask her again about the team mates as you should at least be able to ask them for lives! Do you go into the chat in teams and ask there for them?
That is a great suggestion and if this still doesn't work, I would recommend disconnect the game app from the king account, restart the app, connect the game back to your King account and give it some time and see if friends start appearing in the game.

I've constantly tried logging out and in again but to no avail I'm afraid. Also... any idea why my 'finish' disappears when I reach the square just before it? Means I have no chance of winning any gold.Has happened on the last 5-6 occasions. Could it be because I have no friends to compete with?

I know @QueenB did say that if none of this worked, the best thing to do would be to contact player support now. Through your game. They might just be able to see something that we can't as they have access to your account.I'm sorry to pass you over to them but everything we suggested should have worked so it might be something a little deeper.
let us know how you get on. If you get an email directing you back here (you shouldn't but just in case) reply back to that email and you'll get a real human.
Thanks for trying. I did contact Support a couple of weeks back but they couldn't do anything so it would appear that I'm stuck where I am. Thank you anyway.
@KeepTrying you're playing on the windows app right? Our farm manager has asked if you have tried reinstalling the app? It's usually a last resort but you've tried everything else.
