How can I get the lives my teammates send me

In order to help you with the lives we have to know if you play through Facebook or Windows/iOS or app mobile.

To have extra lives, sometimes if you participate in a game event and you reach the last levels you can win 6 hours of unlimited lives, but this is not every week.

You can buy extra lives with Gold Bars.

The best way to have beans or lives is to use the red heart in your friend's list

If you click on the read heart if your friends in that moment is out of lives, he will receive 1 life if he is full of lives, will receive magic beans. At the moment you will find the read heart with the Top leaderboard at the end of a played level.

The beans and lifes turn each other, but if you have the messagge of a magic beans and you neeed a life, just close the app, open again and the bean messagge will be turned in a life

the trick ... close the app to toggle between lives and beans

So you don't have friends in the Top Leaderboard list and do you have any friends in the Farm Team?

It's possible to have your game ID please click on the green link:  Find your game ID number

Hi there!

Do you play the game connected to a Facebook account or a King account? Try disconnecting the game from Facebook or King account, close the game app and restart the device.

Once done, open the game app and connect it back to your account and see if you see your friends list.

Hi @connypots as far as I have experianced and been told, connecting via apple only saves basic data from the game. To see friends you would need to be logged into either the Kingdom which will give you basic random friends, or Facebook which woud give you playing friends.

I loged out on my apple account and loged in by my king account and now have to begin all over can I move my game from an apple account to a king account and keep my levels?

I don't think it saves that kind of progress, but what you need to do now is contact support from within your game, choose lost progress and they will be able to help you get back to where you were 🤗
