I Can't Send a Player to Next Level

I got a notice on my game about sending a player to the next level on the app on my cell phone which is a Samsung Galaxy S22 Android. I've tried to get them to the next level and it won't admit them It keeps coming up and the "Lost Connection" is still an issue when I need to see the ads to get extra moves, but not when getting things like the shovel etc.

Next time could you get a screenshot of it and we will send it to the CM because unless its a test they have sneaked in, you cannot help players get to the next level. Not in farm. You can in other games like Pet rescue.

As regards the ads, I have been told to advise this:

Disconnect the game from Facebook and try switching to King account if possible.

Close the game app and restart the device.

Clear game app cache.

Try switching from WiFi to mobile data and vice versa.

There isn't any known issues right now and they are still running, so it sounds like general connection.

Thank you, I will do that. here is the screen shot I got last night. No matter how many times I hit send, it won't send.

Oh that is the roadblock we used to get....we either had to beat Rancid at two stars which opened it, or ask for friends. But the roadblocks aren't there now, so just click x 😉

I tried switching to my King Account and it says I already have it so it won't let me sign into the app. :( :(

Are you trying to make a new account rather than log in? You need to look to where it says "already have an account, sign in here"
