Unable To Retrieve Given Lives

Currently, I am unable to get lives to try passing a level. I had no issues until ten minutes ago. Is anyone experiencing this same issue? I know I'm new, but I'm lost. Thanks

I'm one of the Community Manager here and I will be happy to help. So what happens when you try accept lives? Do you get any error message or aren't you getting any lives?

Is your game connected to a Facebook or a King account?

I am on level 4471 and the game used to increase in extra moves to purchase. It no longer lets you purchase anymore than 5 lives. Help

Oooh Excuse me for stepping in @kdicesare the increasing moves were a test that the studio were running at the time. Its since finished and that is why they are no longer available. Hopefully they were popular and come back to everyone 😊
