Lost connection

I have great wifi but it keeps telling me lost connection and won't let me log in to save my levels I have uninstalled and installed again and again and it's still doing it?

Good afternoon @1118babyblue and welcome to the community. That is annoying. Can you tell me how you are trying to log in please, is it through the kingdom or Facebook?

I know we had a facebook outage Friday/Saturday so if you use FB it could be related to that, but it was meant to have been fixed.

Are you trying to do anything other than log in when it says that?

Trying to go in on my phone through the kingdom I don't have Facebook anymore 😁 I made a new email address because I wanted to start all over so I uninstalled the game days ago and just reinstalled it today trying to log in with my new email address to save my others as I go I also can't use my brand to buy shovels either 😭

It may just be a temporary issue.... leave the logging on and play a few levels and then try again.

Are you using android or apple? Android saves game data for when you reinstall so you might need to stop that if it is android you use.

could you share some screenshots of what's happening? Blank out your email address though as you don't want to give personal information publicly. If you need help with that, let me know which device you are using and when I come back on line in the morning, I will give you directions 🤗
