I am having trouble with the daily rewards as well - ever since the new design. It keeps resetting even though I play every day. I was once able to get to day 4, but that was a rare moment.

Sorry to hear you have not received your Daily rewards! You will be happy to know that you are not the only one and that this matter has been shared with the studio who is currently looking into it.

In the meantime, can you provide us the following details, the device model and version, the game app version you have installed and your Game ID.

Open the game app and tap on the 3 lines 👇

Tap on My Profile 👇

Now you double-tap on the King logo and voilà, the logo should disappear and reveal your Game ID.
