Password cannot be reseted

Hallo, I have a problem with the password of Farm Heroes Saga. Every time I try to reset the password I don't get the mail. The reset e-mail doesn't end up in the spam folder either, ik doesn't even arrive. I hope you can help me, but I am at the end of my knowledge here.

Do you get other King emails? Can I ask you to check your trash folder as well please as sometimes emails can get automatically deleted. In the meantime, I know we had an issue in the past with them, so I will see if I can find out any more information 🤗

I checked the spam folder and the recycle bin and there is nothing in there.
Strangely enough I've only been getting emails from since August 15th
King.
When I created my account, I did not receive any emails from king. But since logging in worked, I didn't think about it any further.
It was only when I wanted to change my password that I noticed that I was not receiving any email from King.
It would be great if you could help me.

Ah I see. It seems to be a problem that happens occasionally but not a lot now.

Our farm manager said the best thing to do is contact support from within your game as they will be the best to help you 🤗

Is Your email linked to your game? If Yes, Then try resetting your password throw other King games. Install any Other King games and try resetting from that app. If your email was registered on King Server you will get an reset mail.

There are some issues happening on Farm Heroes Saga, I observed. My suggestion is to reset throw other king game apps. Try from Bubble Witch Saga2 app, it superfast for resetting password.

You need to click on the cog on the main page and go to the help centre. Find the issue closest to what you have and it will give you a link to contact the team at the bottom of the page 😉
