I didn't send a request through my gadgets. I sent information about my problem to the Studio through you (I mean through the moderators). And I received a response from the Studio through the moderators.
I already said that I can't find the thread where I talked about this problem of mine and later got that weird response from the Studio. Maybe those posts have been deleted. Or maybe I just can't find those posts. I don't know. I looked through my messages for six months, but I did not find what I was looking for.

I finally found the thread that discussed my problem with Win10.
Starting from the first page of the discussion, I talked about my problem with Win10.
On the third page, QueenB told me:
"According to records of the Game Id your provided, we see that you are mostly playing on an Apple device and that you should have events while playing trough the Apple device. Could you do us a favor and send a screenshot of the game from your Apple device so we can have a look?
I didn't ask about Apple! I play mainly on Apple because I don't have the option to play on Win10. I don't know how many times I have to repeat this.
On the fourth page, I wrote a long post in which I once again explained in detail that I only have a problem with Win10. I added screenshots from Win10.
After this post, I did not receive any information and no recommendations.
I ask you to re-read pages 1-4 of this discussion thread. I explained my problem twice in that thread. What more details can I add to the description of this Win10 problem of mine?
If there's anything else you don't understand, I'll try to answer your questions.
But I will say it again. I play with a King account. In Win10, I have nothing but an episode race. This has been going on for over 1.5 years. The game works well on my iPhone (Apple). The game does not work well on Win10.
My problem is playing in Win10. Just this.

I don't play from Microsoft any more (no events) I don't play on faceache nor King.com that was a pain when I first started.
Have an Android phone now, and although there are many issues with new features/events affecting the game play, it is better than they where before playing on Windows 10 Microsoft app.

But about 1.5-2 years ago, King gave tablets a higher priority than Win10. Since then, games on Win10 have barely improved. Not only in FHS, but also in other games. I see it.
