That "Unknown_String_ID" is just a glitch!! We can follow 2 steps for it to disappear...

1) Close the game App -- turn off the device -- wait for few minutes -- reopen the App;

2) Log out of the game -- close the App -- turn off the device -- wait for few minutes -- reopen the App.

Start with first option. If it doesn't work, go with the 2nd option.
