No seasonal events have appeared on my account in over a month. I’ve gone to customer care and the “ask for help” option is now only a bit which takes me to the FAQ page. I’m SO disappointed. I’m on level 4006 and this happened before, and a real person fixed my account. Must be budget cuts and paying for AI creation and continual upkeep must be cheaper than the meager salaries of employees.
