Under investigation: The game is not loading on Facebook!

We’re sorry, but there seems to be an issue at the moment, where Farm Heroes Saga is not loading for some players on Facebook. 

Rest assured our studio team is already hard at work on the problem and will do everything they can to resolve it as quickly as they can. Until it is solved, please play on your mobile, tablet or on your Microsoft app, if that's possible for you.

I have been trying to play Farm Hero Sega for the past week and getting this pop-up message "You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix, please try again in a moment"., how can I fix this issue?

Are you playing the game through Facebook on a computer, and on a browser (like Chrome, Edge, etc.,)?

Does that "error" message appear on an Orange screen has a big white bear (kind of thing)? If possible, please attach the screenshot of that "error" message!

Hi i have just managed to get back on to farm heroes after 3 days, i had a message saying that it may have been removed as a group, anyway i got on this morning but to find that the daily gifts i have been collecting had gone almost completely and i'm sure i'm on a level i had already done once before, can you please check this out for me.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that. The original problem on Facebook has been resolved so this might be something else. Have you followed the above instructions from @Lady_Choo?
