The pop-up "no internet connection" -- when are you seeing that?

1. While you try to watch the Ads;
2. When you try to collect the prize from Harvest Rush;
3. When you are collecting the Daily bonus prize, etc.,
4. While trying to login into the game?

I have same problem it shows when I try an event collect rewards and no lives received
