Lost progress/gold on grow the super cropsie?

Hello there, I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I seem to have lost all the gold I had on growing the cropsie, I had collected 12 but I received a pop up with the basket awarding me with one and saying"lost your basket? " Does anyone know what this is about? Thanks 🙂

I am sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced with 123 Cropsie!!
Unfortunately, this event is still in testing and hence, we (the Moderators) won't know all the glitches that could pop-up. I will report this to our Community In-charge and get back to you with any information I can get.
But, to report, I need few details...
- Device you are using;
- App version you have right now;
- If you have any screenshots;
- You ID number (not sure we need it or not! But, let me take it anyway☺️)

My device is a Samsung Galaxy Tablet S5E
App version is 6.26.1
And I can't seem to find my ID number, can you help with where to find that, please?
