Why does my game keep shutting down?

My game keeps shutting down...I can't even get through a level...I use beans..lives and helpers only to have it go to waste because it shuts me down..

I have Uninstaller and reinstalled with no effect...I am currently on my updates

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

Which device are you using? Is your game crashing while watching an Ad or even while playing regular levels?

Which level are you playing? Sometimes, it could be a particular level that could be causing the glitch!!

I'm using an android phone...I'm in the 4000s level....it only shuts down when I'm playing a level never during an ad...it's happened over several levels and has been going on for about two weeks give or take.

Hi there! For this type of problem - please check the following steps and see if they help you!

1) Check for game updates.

2) Check for device updates.

1. Tap on the "Settings" menu.
2. Then push the tab further into the upper right corner of the screen
3. At the bottom of the next window, click the "About Device" button
4. Here you will find the "Software Update" tab.
5. Download and install the update

3) Check your device's memory. 

Please make sure you have a minimum of 2 GB of free space on your device.

Removing any unused Apps, pictures and videos can improve game performance. This can vary between devices, but these steps should help:

1. Enter your "Settings" menu
2. Scroll to "General"
3. Tap on “About.” This will display your current available storage

Should they not solve your problem it's good if we know exactly what type of device you play on (so the name of the device, besides it being on Android).

My game on ipad keeps shutting down and when some ads are playing like mostly casino ones it goes sondar then it pops up to downlaod it and cant get outbof it ,I have to cancel game and reload all over
