Hi @PummyRaj,

I'm not upset but sad and disappointed. I understand that glitches happen from time to time. It's happening across the board. The Studio needs to determine what's going on, not you or I for we are not privy to that.

Depending on the CM in charge of the game, whether proactive or not, it will either get resolved or remain the same.

The players can only play the game. We cannot fix any problem happening in that game. So all I can do in my case is just to voice it out and accept the outcome.

I already stated a couple of times that the notice appeared but the actual gift has never been delivered. I provided the screenshots necessary to prove that. You can clearly see that it's not there because thankfully my board is pretty much empty. I would have had a hard time proving otherwise.

I haven't played any new level ever since so they can see that no booster has been used. Any booster addition came from the daily bonus and team rewards which can easily be calculated.

Please let me know what you want me to do.
