Everyone has their own traditions, some like to go to bars & others have house parties ,maybe a nice dinner. I personally stay home & watch the ball drop on TV
There is no particular tradition but lots of fireworks and lots of noise π΅
One time, I decided to go out and stay up late and celebrate. Then I stopped doing that on New Yearβs Day. I cannot stand such crises and noise.
Happy new year to all β₯οΈ

In the U.S. we have a countdown to 12:00 am, most famously at Times Square in New York City....but most cities have their own in their time zones. Then, a kiss π if you wish, and fireworks π show. There may also be gatherings/parties before the countdown. Personally I just stay home, in my neighborhood people go crazy popping their own fireworks and it goes on for many hours π΅βπ«
In my country we celebrate the new year with fireworks ππ
Hello dear @encantesπ€
In New York, so many people get together and watch the "Ball Drop"... it is a famous thing here!! We just watch in on the TV. For me, it is too much to stay out in that cold weather just to watch that Ball to drop!! And, New York is far away for me anywayπ
When the Ball drops, I have seen so many proposals on Live TVπ
Usually with dinner together, followed by fireworks. If people stay at home, they usually watch special TV programmes, including the celebrations with fireworks from all over the world.
Thank you so much for such a lovely post @QueenBΒ @encantesΒ @Lady_Choo
In my country most people celebrate new years by hosting a family dinner or a party π
