I am sorry! The Ad videos are still in testing! All testing features are sent to few groups of players, for few periods of a time! Once their turn is over, the features are moved to other groups!
If it is your turn, you would receive the Ads next week itself or may be next year! There is no way of knowing that as the players' list is generated by a computer system.
In the meantime, all you can do is -- be patient, make sure that your game App is updated regularly, your device has enough free storage memory and you are active in the game.
