Game crashes on Kindle

Hi, I play on Kindle Fire, but I can't get through a level without the game crashing. I've cleared cache and storage, and tried reinstalling. Nothing works. Other games work on the device so I'm inclined to think the problem is with the game.

Is there anything else I can do? Thanks

I am sorry to hear that you are having issue in your game!

Which level is it that is crashing your game? Did you try to play a different level and see if you experience this issue? Can you also check which version of the App you have right now?
