Connection Error - Need a Fix

I'm still waiting on a fix for 'there was a connection error. Try again in a bit.', as I've been dealing with this for about a month now. I've tried every method you that have reccomended on Note 10+/Android 12 phone. And this issue is happening on every device that I install your game, Farm Saga Heroes, on and try to login to keep my progress. I really would like to use the 31 bars of gold that I just received an email about from you. None of your other games have this issue, so I'm very frustrated to keep dealing with this and not getting a fix for it. Please don't recommend any more methods because I'm beyond trying those. I have no issue with any other game on my phone other than this one and it's beyond ridiculous that it's almost month later and I'm still having this issue.
