Farm heroes saga not connecting to Facebook

I'm still having trouble connecting the game to facebook, it keeps popping up that there is no connection. Other games work normally. Reinstalling the game didn't help. I guess it's time to say goodbye to Farm Heroes Saga and start playing something else. It's a shame because I've been playing it for a very long time. Android device. Sending a question to support doesn't help either, it gets the same automatic answer every time.

It's been awhile since we spoke and you mentioned you had tried reinstalling the game app, can you try that again now?
We are not having any server issue that is affecting any connection issue so it's either the device or a bug in the game app that needs clearing and deleting it should have helped.
Do you get this error message as soon as you open the game app or when you're trying you send/except lives or use gold bars?
