Gift boxes are not being rewarded
This would be the 3rd time where after completing levels that I have not been rewarded my gift box! Why is this? Does this happen to anybody else? I've already updated and closed and reopened app several times. This will usually go on till they time out or whenever I finish entire level. Any help or ideas would help, thank you. Btw I'm on level 3415.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! When you said "Gift Boxes" - were you mentioning the Choo Choo event?
If so, is the issue that the Gift boxes moved to another level OR they opened but, did not give you the rewards?
