The best thing to do as regards not getting rewards would be to contact player support from within the game. The harvest rush connection is a seperate issue to not getting them for other events.
We don't have an update on that yet, but they have asked for player IDs to see if they can see anything there. The trouble is when there is an issue that doesn't affect everyone, its harder to isolate, that is why its taking a long time π
