Why does the McDonald’s ad keep freezing my game?

I am sorry to hear about the issue with an advertisement!! Please contact the King Player Support team and report about the Ad!

You can send your complaint directly from your game. Please follow these steps⬇️

Click on the icon that has 3 horizontal lines at the bottom left corner of the game home screen;
OR click on the Cogwheel icon located at the top left corner of the screen (next to lives);
Click on the "Customer Care" tab;
Scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
The first option will be "How can I report an Ad";
Click on it and you will see the steps & instructions on how to report an Ad.
