Choo Choo Challenge: Gift doesn’t load

Hi, please help! When I reach a Choo Choo Challenge gift level, the gift doesn’t appear. The Farm Pass pops up instead and the gift icon disappears from the level, as if I have already received the gift. But i haven’t received anything… help please

Apologies for the delay in replying your question!! I am sorry to hear that the Choo Choo challenge was not working in your game as it was supposed to be!

Please check for the updates in your App Store/Play Store/Microsoft Store and install them if there are any.

If you encounter any issue again over the weekend, please report back and provide these details⬇️

• Device you are using;
• Version you have;
• A Screenshot of your game map with the gift boxes visible;
• Screenshots of your boosters before collecting a Choo Choo gift box;
• Screenshot of your boosters after opening a new level.
