Farm pass situation

I find it inconsiderate that the Farm pass disappeared this month after I paid money to get the extra boosts. I didn't get to use or gain the remaining boost I had. Then you guys have the nerve to start it over today on 2/26/24 . I would like to get a refund or let this new pass be on KING'S tab. Can someone from KING contact me of give me an email address so that I can contact someone about this issue?

Sorry if the Farm Pass disappeared from your game, in this case you have to contact the Player Support and explain what happened and you paid for extra.
