No new events for the past 2 months, please rectify this

I'm getting so frustrated as I haven't had any new events for the past 2 months. What is going on? This has never happened in the last 6 years of playing. I spend enough money on this game as I enjoy it but not anymore. Please don't tell me this is 'normal' as it isn't. Please rectify this asap as I've tried everything suggested to no avail. Surely you can sort my account, you have my email amd access to my game. Thanks
