Internet connection lost

Trying to play on my android. Getting error stating lost internet connection can't log in with Facebook I have deleted and reinstalled game

Hi and welcome to the community.

Which point is it at that you are getting the error? Are you trying to collect a reward, or log in or something else?

Have you made sure your android is up to date too with its system updates?

As soon as the game loads it won't allow to sign in to king games or log in via Facebook nor is it letting get rewards or saving my progress. I just purchased a new phone and it's still happening

Oh that is annoying. It needs to connect to save progress properly. Can I ask you to uninstall it again.

Go to settings and apps and find the play store app and clear the cache there. Then clear your phone cache. (Not data)

Turn your phone off for about half an hour, then restart it and redownload the game. It should ask you when you want to play it if you want to save progresss.

Let me know what happens then.
