I can't find my player ID.
But it said my account is linked with Facebook. So I think my player ID is my email address in profile.
Or I am leader of Team which ID is 763696340
Because its not happening to anyone else, but if further reports come in and its only happening to one specific device, it helps the studio.
It is of no benefit personally to me to know. The same as your player ID. The community manager can look on your account to see if anything is causing it on our end. But he thinks it is your device. Hence the request for the version.
Why does this matter?

Tested again, my phone won't time out while this app is active. No specific app in my screen time.
There are no specific apps in my Screen Time settings.

Yes, I double-checked that my phone screen timeout is 30 seconds and it hasn't changed.
It works with all apps except Farm Heroes Saga.
Yes, I double checked and my phone didn't get the 30 second screen timeout while the ad was playing and left it on the table for a minute.
You need to change your phone settings.
My phone is set to go off after a couple of minutes and regardless of what app I have open, it does.
