I'm starting the anew because I don't see any complaints more recent than 2022. This started on my mobile app about 5 weeks ago. I've had the problem intermittently in the past when collecting Harvest Rush rewards, but it has never lasted this long and has always resolved itself, until now. I've always had a strong internet connection and can play, view ads & advance the game. This is not the only "bug" I experience in the mobile app. Many of the ads I watch also have a habit of kicking me out of the game without the extra move rewards too. I do not play on Facebook so I can't tell you if the game is affected there. The only other place I play from is desktop and Harvest Rush isn't part of the desktop version. Ads rarely affect the game on the desktop version. As said in the prior thread, I'm reluctant to reinstall the game forcing me to start from scratch and losing my accumulated rewards. I'm hoping a better fix for this problem has been found since 2022. I only hope if this can be fixed, I'll receive all the HR rewards I've lost.

I apologise for the issues regarding Harvest rush. Unfortunately the reason why there is no more recent posts is because the issue is ongoing. Because some players are affected and some players are not, its making the studios job harder to pinpoint the issue.
@NiteCat the ads feature is still in testing and so you are one of the lucky ones to get it. If you have issues with the rewards not being given, I would advise that you contact player support from within your game. They will be able to see all tec details and if you let them know which ads (any relelvent IDs on them too) they can send a report back to the studio 🤗
So I'm "lucky" to be one of the beta Ad testers?? Funny way to put it. But it's not funny when it happens. The solution you provide doesn't help either as it happens randomly either during Ad play or when I "X" out at the end of the allotted Ad duration. When it happens it always returns me to the screen on my device where I keep my games so I have no way to capture the info the support team needs. And to be honest, I don't pay attention to which Ad may be playing either. The only thing I tell can you for certain is I am using an Android device.
Thanks for the info. As far as being a "lucky" beta Ad tester…that's a unique way to phrase it. Your solution to that problem is a problem because it happens randomly and I never know what Ad will kick me out of the game until it happens, closes the game, and sends me back to the screen on my device where I keep my games. So I have no way to obtain any specifics to send to customer support.
