Connecting to Facebook

When I log into my game, I keep having to reconnect to Facebook. This has only just started happening.

@ScarlettT I know how annoying this is because I am having the same issue. Even more annoyingly, not just with farm heroes either. It’s not every app I have (none king too) connected to Facebook. But I will ask the community manager if he can find out if they know of any changes that Facebook might have made. It will be helpful when all your other apps start too 🙃

Uninstalling the same does not help either if it is the same issue.
Are you playing on an apple or android device?

Hi there @ScarlettT (and @Lady_Choo!).

This is a part of a new thing from Apple where you get a pop-up asking if the app can track things. If you decline it, it will log you out from Facebook now and then. To solve this, go to the App settings and do the following:

1. Go to Farm Heroes Saga in Settings → Apps
2. Enable "Allow Tracking"
3. Restart Farm Heroes Saga
4. Open the game, and logout from Facebook in the game
5. Log back into Facebook again.

Sorry for these many steps, but unfortunately it's not something we could control. 😅

I knew it wasn't King as erm…. hypothetically if I was playing on non king games it would happen then too 🤭
