My farm pass has vanished. I first noticed on Saturday 15th June.
I play on an iPad Pro. The update version is 17.5.1. My Farm Hero Saga version is 6.41.12. I first noticed on 15th June that farm pass had disappeared and it hasn’t come back. I pay monthly for the golden ticket and was at the extra chest at the bottom. I hadn’t claimed many of the levels as I like to do this at the end of the event but I’ve now lost everything which is worse as I pay to have it. My other events are still there and I still have 8 lives which is part of the event. Please can you help.

I'm sorry to hear that! We want to look into this, but to be able to do that, could you provide us with your Player ID? You find it by tapping your portrait in Settings. You can read how to do this HERE
I would also advice you to restart your device, log out and then log back in again to see if it solves the problem! 🙏
