Actually on a browser, not the windows app?

Have you tried opening the game on a different browser? Have you got adblock or any other blocking extension running? It shouldn't affect it but sometimes it can.

Have you tried updating your browser and clearing cache and cookies? As the game is working and we haven't had any reports of issues.

If you have windows 10/11 I would highly recommend the windows app version. You can log in with Facebook or the Kingdom and might have access to events that you don't get on browser.
