No more free moves by watching ad videos

I have not got free moves for a few months now. I brought some gold and then after that no move free moves. My friends still get them but not me. I have done all the updates and still no extra moves. The level I am on now I have been trying to get it for over 2 weeks (11995) the fun has gone out of it! I dont mind a challenge but 2 weeks on one level is close to me losing interest! Also on FB I had over 100 free lives which I had saved up but they disappeared 2 days ago without using them!

The extra moves after watching an ad, are like the piggy bank these days, all in testing. As such they may come and go for you. Some of us have never had these either.

Which level is it you are stuck on? I can see if we can give you some tips?

No me importan los desafíos, pero 2 semanas en un nivel están cerca de hacerme perder el interés

welcome to the club. I am in the same situation. I have to use all the coins to level up. Used up all the life line I have. Been stuck at level long long long….time. No help from community it king customer care.
I purchases golden coins, expires March 30th hoping problem can e fixed after that.
